Wipe Finder

Pick a pet and, if you like, a body part or a problem. The Finder shows wipes whose labels match, and it leaves out any wipe where the maker didn't say. That is on purpose: a blank is not a yes. Use it for a short list, then read the guide for each match before you buy. The Finder runs on JavaScript; if yours is off, the "Browse by need" list below gets you to the same guides.

Not veterinary advice. This page has not been reviewed by a veterinarian; it summarizes published veterinary sources, linked in the text. If your pet has a skin problem, a wound, or symptoms that do not clear up, talk to your vet.

How it works

  1. Pick a pet and, if you like, a body part and a concern such as sensitive skin, odor or tear stains.
  2. Turn on fragrance-free or alcohol-free to narrow the list.
  3. Matches come from our own product data, with scent, sheet size and counts where the maker states them. The page loads one data file from our server and filters it in your browser.

Data limits

The Finder only knows what we have recorded, and what we have recorded is only what makers and labels state.

  • A blank means "not stated," not "no." A wipe with an unknown alcohol status stays out of the alcohol-free filter.
  • Some products come from retailer listings because we could not read a maker page. The results mark those as "From retailer listings," and details such as ingredient lists can differ from the package.
  • The list is not every wipe on the market. It does not show prices or ratings.
  • A filter match is not a recommendation or a safety guarantee. For cats, look at the cat check on each result and then read the pack: "Cats: OK per label" only means the maker labels the wipe for cats. Our pet wipe safety hub explains why.

Our method is on how we research.
